OUR TEAM
Paul served many years active duty in the US Air Force and upon retirement worked in civil service for the US Navy.
During many relocations related to military service, Paul served in various leadership positions including lead pastor, chaplain, associate pastor and youth pastor while teaching and preaching across the US, Azores Islands and Kyrgyzstan. He has also served as church elder, deacon, Sunday School teacher, and treasurer. He is a Department of Defense and internationally certified Substance Abuse Counselor, having worked in the field of addictions for 27 years; additionally, his experience includes mental health counseling and suicide prevention.
Paul and Ann have been married for more than three decades, they have two sons and five grandchildren.

Ann served alongside Paul as a military wife; while homeschooling and working a variety of jobs. She held multiple leadership roles including Children and Youth Pastor positions, Women’s Ministry, Worship Leader and Choir Director at several locations. Her experience includes church secretary and serving in nearly every area of ministry in the body of Christ.
She is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and a licensed Advanced Manicurist in the state of OH.
Paul and Ann have served as pastors of Risen Church since August 2020. Their heart and focus of ministry over the years includes teaching God’s Word, making disciples, outreach, assisting church leaders wherever needed, developing systems to help churches move forward, and bringing those believers who are “on the fringe” closer to the church body so they can feel loved, valued, and fully engaged in advancing God’s kingdom. Their passion is for revival and preparing the body of Christ for the Blessed Hope, the return of Jesus Christ for His church.
